April 25, 2012 - Jenny Products, Inc. offers the GT-Series, the company’s smallest line of electric-powered, two-stage air compressors. Featuring high-pressure output, the GT-Series is ruggedly built for professional use.
The line consists of four models with 8-, 15-, 17- and 30-gallon tanks. All units produce 15.5 CFM at 100 PSI or 15.2 CFM at 175 PSI. They’re driven by commercial-grade, 5-horsepower electric motors, which operate from a 230-volt, single-phase power source.
Numerous features come standard with the compressors to optimize their reliability and reduce maintenance requirements.

Compact ground handling wheels for Eurocopter AS350 |
April 24, 2012 - Paravion Technology, Inc. announced that their highly successful compact ground handling wheel product line has been expanded for use with the Eurocopter AS350 rotorcraft, in addition to the Bell 206L/407 rotorcraft already available. The CGHW-100 kit is a pair of compact hydraulic ground handling wheels which easily stow in a small area of the baggage compartment or other storage area during flights. Quick and simple to use in the situation of an unplanned landing, weather forced landing at a remote airport, landing at an airport with no helicopter ground handling equipment, or even as a daily backup to the standard wheels. Anti-chafe tape prevents scratches and scrapes |

Keeping Plexiglass, gelcoat and graphic surfaces in top shape during winter storage or transportation requires a tight and durable shrink wrap cover, as well as the proper materials to protect it. Dr. Shrink's Anti-Chafe Tape provides a tough barrier to prevent scratching and chafing where shrink wrap touches the gelcoat, paint, graphics or Plexiglass. Constructed from high-performance polyethylene film with a light tack adhesive, the anti-chafe tape features a 1.5 mil thick backing and UV-protection. Designed to leave no residue, it provides a protected surface between the shrink wrap and the covered asset.

Current transducers offer fast broadband response |
Nov. 8, 2010, Farmingdale, N.Y. - American Aerospace Controls has released a series of bi-directional current transducers capable of accurately following extremely fast (DC and/or AC) current waveforms. The 929 Series consumes a very low 80 to 270 mW during operation, and provides an ultra fast response (less than a micro second) to complex current waveforms in the range of DC to 350 kHz, making the transducers ideally suited for demanding environments where high speed current monitoring is needed.
