April 17, 2008, Bloobfield, CT - Kaman Corp. announced
today the promotion of Richard (Rick) C. Forsberg to assistant vice
president, reporting to Candace A. Clark, senior vice-president, chief
legal officer and secretary.
Forsberg joined the company’s Kaman Aerospace subsidiary in 1986 as a proposal manager and was promoted to a series of increasingly responsible positions in contracts management, including his appointment to the corporate legal department in 2004 as director, contracts management-Aerospace. Prior to joining Kaman, he was a contracts administrator at the Hamilton Standard division of United Technologies Corp., and before that as counsel in the law firm of Tirola and Herring. Forsberg received his bachelor’s degree in 1977 from the University of Connecticut and his law degree in 1980 from New England School of Law.
