Aeroquest International names new CEO and CFO

Nov. 1, 2011, Toronto - Aeroquest International announced today that Mr. Bob Motz, has been appointed President and CEO, and a director of the Company, with immediate effect.
Mr. Motz has been Chief Financial Officer of Aeroquest since 2008 and was appointed Interim CEO upon the resignation of Roy Graydon in May of 2011.
"The Board appreciates the contribution that Bob has made as Interim CEO" said Keith Morrison, Aeroquest Chairman. "The Board is confident of Bob's ability to facilitate change and align the Company with its strategy of focusing on organic growth."

The Company also announced today that Mr. Marc Beisheim has been appointed Chief Financial Officer of the Company with immediate effect. Mr. Beisheim is a Chartered Accountant and a senior financial, operational and administrative executive who has worked with both multi-national and Canadian corporations.
