pleasure to work with a company which really does understand ‘time is

on budget. We say Alpine Aerotech is leading edge; we needed a leading
edge industrial builder to work with us on this important expansion and
that’s what we found in Argus Propertis.”

Ted Callahan, President and CEO of Argus Propertis, said the unique
challenges gave Argus an opportunity to display versatility, “Alpine
Aerotech is one of the leading aviation companies in the helicopter
industry, and we were proud to be selected to work on this build to suit
project, one of the many that Argus Properties has been involved in.
Our collaboration with Alpine Aerotech enabled them to begin equipment
and systems installation while the building construction was still in
progress.”

The building at 1435 Stevens Road in West Kelowna accedes to the
environmental standards and operational efficiencies in plumbing,
heating ventilation, electrical and exacting fire protections systems,
providing an open floor layout for production, and allowing for future
