Ambercore announces acquisition of Terrapoint

June 4, 2008, Ottawa – Ambercore Software Inc., a leading global provider of high performance spatial software and services for Energy and Mining industries, is pleased to announce the acquisition of the Terrapoint Business Unit from Pulse Data Inc.  The transaction was facilitated by funding from SQFive Intelligent Oilfield Solutions Ltd., a subsidiary of Quorum Oil and Gas Technology Fund Limited.  Providing this additional growth capital to Ambercore, the Quorum Group continues to be a strong financial partner.
