Calgary Airport Authority welcomes Bell Helicopter to YYC Global Logistics Parks

June 11, 2008, Calgary – Bell Helicopter is the most recent addition to
the Calgary International Airport's YYC Global Logistics Parks, a highly
efficient, integrated international trade and transportation hub.

Bell Helicopter Textron Canada Ltd., a Textron Inc. company,
announced today it has signed a long-term lease with Trammell Crow Company for
more than 38,000 sq. ft. of airside space at AirFreight & LogisticsCentre 3
(58 Aero Drive N.E.). The centre is located at Deerfoot South Trade Park, one
of six trade parks comprising the Airport's YYC Global Logistics Parks and the
third of five AirFreight &LogisticsCentres Trammell Crow is building at the
Airport.

Bell Helicopter's new Calgary home will continue to be the primary
Canadian distribution facility for the company as well as an important
addition to the Airport's growing trade community.

Working with numerous airline partners, over the past 10 years, The
Calgary Airport Authority has built an "air cargo bridge" effectively
connecting the city of Calgary with the world. This strategic advantage gives
operators such as Bell Helicopter access to 24/7 cargo services and an
impressive network of intermodal transportation systems, services and
companies, all on airport land.
    
The creation and growth of YYC Global Logistics Parks has more than
doubled air cargo movement at the Calgary International Airport to 134,000
tonnes in 2007, up from 66,000 tonnes in 1999. In turn, this has made the
Airport one of the city's major economic engines, generating in excess of
$5 billion of economic activity annually, about 10 per cent of Calgary's gross domestic product, and directly employing more than 12,500 people.
    
Since assuming responsibility for Calgary International Airport from the
Government of Canada in 1992, The Calgary Airport Authority has invested more
than $880 million in capital and expansion projects while paying $300 million
in federal airport rent tax to the Government of Canada.

The Calgary Airport Authority is a not-for-profit, non-share capital
corporation, responsible for the management, maintenance and development of
Calgary International Airport and Springbank Airport under long-term lease
from the Government of Canada.
