Canadian Air Parts announces ownership restructuring

Canadian Air Parts LTD. (CAP), is pleased to announce that Mr. Steve Dandridge, and Mr. Dave Rendle are now the sole owners of the business effective immediately.

Co-owner Steve Dandridge states, “Dave and I are very excited that we now share full ownership of CAP and can continue to grow the business with our vision as an independent company.”

Dandridge goes on to say, “Both Dave and I would like to thank our previous partners, as they certainly played a key role in our growth since we joined CAP in November of 2017.”

Rendle states “We are very proud of the loyalty of our past and growing customer base, and look forward to branching out further into new regions and territories.”
