Donaldson Aerospace & Defense, a division of Donaldson Company, Inc.  has announced that Transport Canada has certified its Inlet Barrier Filters (IBFs) for installation on Airbus AS350 B3, EC130 B4, and EC130 T2 helicopters.

Eagle Australasia successfully completed the first 407HP conversion for Heli Niugini. The conversion finished within the allotted timeframe as previously announced by Eagle Australasia CEO Grant Boyter. It is Eagle Group’s ninth conversion to date, taking six weeks delivered on time and on budget.

Sikorsky, a Lockheed Martin Company has announced plans to expand its S-92 and S-76 helicopter support services in the Asia-Pacific region. Thai Aviation Services is scheduled to become the first Sikorsky Customer Support Center in Thailand by the end of 2017. The announcement was made at the inaugural 2017 Rotorcraft Asia show.

Able Aerospace Services has been selected by Eagle Australasia to be its exclusive provider for component repair, overhaul and exchange services for helicopter installations in Australia and neighbouring countries. It will also assist in the expansion of existing Bell Helicopters Certified Service Facility rating to continue providing solutions to the Australian market.

Vector Aerospace continues to extend its long-standing tradition of serving the United States armed forces by providing support for the Airbus UH-72A Lakota. Based on Airbus Helicopters’ H145/EC145 platform, the UH-72A is a light utility helicopter used for a variety of missions including training, homeland security, drug interdiction, logistics and medical evacuation.
