DART Aerospace announces new CEO, staff changes

January 25, 2017  By DART Aerospace

DART Aerospace has announced the promotion of Alain Madore, formerly vice president of commercial operations and aftermarket services, to the position of president and CEO. Madore will expand on the foundation laid by his esteemed predecessor, Bill Beckett, who is retiring and will maintain ties with DART as a special consultant.

Over the last four years in his role as vice president of commercial operations and aftermarket services, Alain has proven to be a passionate and visionary leader. He has put a solid team in place, and restructured the commercial organization, significantly changing how DART does business with its customers. Despite the current industry downturn, DART has continuously improved its customer service by creating regional offices in the Americas, Europe/Middle East and Australasia. DART’s market share has increased in mature and emerging markets as well as with the major rotorcraft OEMs.

Following Madore’s appointment, DART is also excited to announce the following organizational changes:

Steve Ghaleb, formerly director of sales, has been promoted to vice president commercial operations. Ghaleb will lead all sales, marketing and customer support activities and will ensure overall customer satisfaction.

Ryan Williamson, formerly general manager of the Eugene facility, has accepted the position of vice president general manager (VPGM) of the Hawkesbury, Eugene and Calgary facilities.
