consumption of potable water by the equivalent of 168,000 gallons per
year by removing silicates from water used in a chemical process tank,
    extending its life expectancy.
  • Several large air
conditioning units have been converted to a non-ozone depleting
product, reducing carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions by 30 metric tons a
year and energy usage by 15%.
  • The replacement of solvent-based
cleaning processes with an innovative water-based cleaner developed by
P&WC has reduced overall process air emissions by over 70% in one
    year.
