Expedition acquires V. Kelner’s helicopters

Feb. 19, 2013, Cochrane, Ont. - Expedition Helicopters Inc, a division of the Expedition Group of Companies and partnerships, including Expedition Camp Service & Logistics and Expedition Freight Solutions has acquired the fleet of V. Kelner Helicopters located in Thunder Bay.
Expedition Helicopters Inc. owned and operated by Todd Calaiezzi, has a main base in Cochrane, Ontario, satellite offices in Moosenee/Moose Factory and Hearst, Ontario, Roquemaure and Gatineau, Québec, and now in Northwestern Ontario. The Thunder Bay satellite office is conveniently located at the Thunder Bay Airport.
As a growing company, Expedition is more than just helicopters, it’s a logistics company who with the addition of (2) AS350 B3 aircraft to an already diverse fleet of 12 is the largest helicopter operator in Northern Ontario.
