MD Helicopters partners with JAG Aviation in Malaysia

MD Helicopters is exhibiting at the Langkawi International Maritime and Aerospace Exhibition in Malaysia, from May 23 to 27, featuring a static display of the Malaysian Army MD 530G Light Attack Scout helicopter. MD Helicopters (MDH) last year delivered six of these helicopters to the Malaysia Ministry of Defense, along with full pilot and aircraft maintenance training.
At the Malaysia exhibition, LIMA, MDH is also exhibiting with its new civil and military sales representative for Malaysia and Indonesia, JAG Aviation Group.
“We are excited to be meeting with our customers in this region where our helicopters have had great operational success,” said Brad Pedersen, President and CEO, MDH. “The MD 530 aircraft series has always been valued for its deployability, superior maneuverability, and low operation and sustainment costs.”
MDH explains the Malaysian Army MD 530G provides mission adaptability with the integration of the Wescam L3 MX10D sensor and the Pathfinder Ares Weapons Management System from Tek Fusion.
JAG Aviation Group provides new and pre-owned helicopter sales, engineering, charter flights, and utility services with operational divisions in both Malaysia and Indonesia.
