Military requires more Cormorant rescue choppers

Feb. 4, 2008, Ottawa – The Ottawa Citizen reported yesterday that a
Canadian military team has determined that 18 Cormorant helicopters are
needed for the air force to perform the search-and-rescue role once
handled by a smaller number of 40-year-old Labrador choppers.
