April 24, 2013, Delta, B.C. - Heli-One has issued a new catalogue describing its helicopter modification and upgrade capabilities.

“When customers partner with Heli-One, they have access to our unrivaled range of modification and upgrade services,” said Larry Alexandre, president of Heli-One. “We help our customers go further and do more, improving the safety of their operations while increasing capability and decreasing their maintenance costs.

“Our new catalogue captures our depth of knowledge and experience in one place.”

Customers partner with Heli-One’s design team, which tailors modifications and upgrades to specific requirements.

Alexandre said that hundreds of helicopters are flying with Heli-One modifications, including operators who provide offshore, search-and-rescue, emergency medical services, and military and law-enforcement protection.

“Many of the modifications we offer are exclusive to Heli-One, and our capabilities continue to expand,” said Alexandre.

Heli-One’s international design team includes an EASA Part 21J Design Organization Approval (DOA) in Stavanger, Norway, and a Transport Canada CAR 521-approved Design Approval Organization group (DAO) in Delta, B.C. Heli-One designs and certifies a wide array of helicopter modifications and repairs for airworthiness jurisdictions around the world.

Customers can browse Heli-One’s modifications catalogue for services offered on AgustaWestland, Eurocopter, Bell and Sikorsky aircraft. Mixed-fleet operators can also find mission-specific modifications by sector. The catalogue currently features 90 of the most in-demand modifications.
