Erickson makes several key personnel moves

Erickson Incorporated has hired several new additions in senior leadership to complement its business development and sales capabilities. Joining Erickson as Senior Director of Sales for the company’s Government Aviation Services is Richard “Trey” Williams. William “Will” Fulton is the new Senior Director of Sales for Commercial Aviation Services. Tony Lustig has been hired as Senior Director of Business Development for the company’s Asia Pacific region. Scott Ellis returns to Erickson as Director of Sales MRO and Manufacturing.


 
“Erickson is a customer-focused company,” Jeff Roberts, Erickson President and CEO said. “These individuals will help increase our customer relationships and the number of customer contacts, broadening market awareness of the many services Erickson has to offer.”
 
Trey Williams, Senior Director of Sales for Government Aviation Services, will expand sales and customer support services to the U.S. Government as well as international government entities and agencies. Williams has extensive business development and operations management expertise with both the United States military and the commercial aviation industry. Prior to entering private industry, Williams served as an aviation officer in the United States Army where he led, planned and coordinated worldwide aviation operations. He has since directed business development for several large aviation companies, managed sales and marketing, and is currently an active officer of operations management for the United States Army Reserve. Williams holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Marketing from East Carolina University.
 
Will Fulton, Senior Director of Sales for Commercial Aviation Services, will source new business opportunities and provide additional customer service for the wide variety of global aviation services that Erickson provides. These services include projects in construction, energy, firefighting, and logging.  Fulton began his career in the United States Army, where he served as an aviation officer and Apache pilot with multiple combat deployments. Following his military service, Fulton led research and development projects, and then moved to business strategy, marketing and sales management at Bell Helicopter. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from West Point, and a Masters of Business Administration from Texas Christian University.
 
Tony Lustig, Senior Director of Business Development for Asia Pacific, is responsible for growing the company’s footprint across the region. Lustig has more than 15 years senior-level management experience in corporate development, strategic growth, and leadership of global ventures. Previously, he drove strategy, partnerships, and mergers and acquisitions across several businesses at Lockheed Martin. Earlier, Lustig held senior-level engineering management positions on large-scale systems integration projects for the United States Air Force, the Department of Defense, NASA and other federal agencies. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical Operations and Maintenance Management from San Jose State University, Masters of Business Administration in Financial Services and Investments from Golden State University, and attended the Kellogg Graduate School of Management Program at Northwestern University.
 
Scott Ellis, Director of Sales MRO and Manufacturing, has returned to Erickson since beginning his career with the company as an aircraft mechanic in the late 1970’s. Ellis spent the following twenty years in the Army National Guard, where he held maintenance, safety and operations leadership positions. He also assessed and repaired a wide variety or aircraft for the fleet. As part of the Erickson sales team, Ellis brings experience supporting defense operations and commercial markets.
