Heli-Mart Acquires Phoenix Heliparts

Mesa, CA – In January of this year, helicopter parts provider Heli-Mart acquired a majority interest in Mesa, Ariz.-based Phoenix Heliparts. The acquisition significantly
expands Heli-Mart’s capabilities, enabling the company to offer a total
solution that will fully meet the support needs of MD Helicopter
operators worldwide.

Heli-Mart stocks a large inventory of OEM parts, and Phoenix
Heliparts is an experienced MD Helicopter support provider with years
of specialized experience.

Operators can literally land at the Phoenix Heliparts’ Falcon Field
hangar and work with a single point of contact who will manage their
project from start to finish. It’s a customized, customer-friendly
program backed by industry professionals who have years of experience
with the MD Helicopter product line, according to Heli-Mart President
Don Nichols.

Now, in partnership with its subsidiaries Phoenix Heliparts and
California Aero Components, Heli-Mart’s full range of services includes:
