Settlement reached in Bell Helicopter discrimination case

Jan. 18, 2008 – The Montreal Gazette is  reporting that a
Haitian-born Canadian has reached an out-of-court settlement with Bell
Helicopter Textron Canada Ltd. in Mirabel after the company denied him
a place in its internship program because of his birthplace.
