• PBH (Pay by the Hour) program alleviates spikes in engine maintenance fees by converting operating expenses into a fixed hourly rate, typically covering both scheduled and unscheduled MRO.
• MRA (Maintenance Reserve Program) is unique to Vector, offering even more flexibility; customers pay their chosen hourly rate, and these funds are accrued in a “maintenance reserve account” to put towards future scheduled and unscheduled MRO.
