Adam Aldous, President of NFC stated, “All of us at NFC are extremely excited with this acquisition. NFC will be adding new training program , maintenance service s , and innovative products while expanding our existing programs to our clients worldwide. In addition to our worldwide mobile training capability , we will have a new training facility located at the flight line of Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, Prescott, Arizona. The acquisition of Night Flight Concepts by Nighttime Technologies provides NFC with additional resources to provide more of what our customers have grown accustomed too. NFC customers will see more options, less lead times, new innovative products and training programs, and an even bigger presence within the industry while maintaining the best-of-class customer service that NFC is known for.
