OPP pilot found guilty in Sudbury controversy

The Ontario Provincial Police sergeant charged with two counts of misconduct for writing a letter to the editor of The Sudbury Star has been found guilty after an OPP discipline hearing.


Sgt. Dan Mulligan was charged with breach of confidence and discreditable conduct for writing a letter criticizing the OPP for relocating its search-and-rescue helicopter from Sudbury to Orillia. | READ MORE
