Robinson to host USHST conference

Robinson Helicopter Company will host the U.S. Helicopter Safety Team’s (USHST) annual meeting at its Torrance, California, factory from August 13 to 16, 2019. Robinson explains the meeting follows the USHST’s recent call to action to the helicopter community to address rising accident rates.

The safety conference is scheduled to begin with a Steering Committee meeting on Tuesday, followed by two days of USHST general meetings and presentations. The conference concludes with a safety workshop presented by the Helicopter Safety Alliance.

Organizers expect more than 100 people will attend from across the industry, including representatives from the FAA, Airbus, Bell, Sikorsky, UAVOS, EMS, police, OEMs, and other operators.
