Criteria

• The nominee must be 39 years of age or under as of December 31, 2024.
• Self-nominations are welcome and will be subject to regular selection processes.
• The nominee must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident. This allows for the nomination of Canadians who are working internationally.
• The nominee must be directly involved in any aspect of the aviation or aerospace industries, regardless of industry sector (civil, commercial, military, other) and company size or status (private, public or not-for-profit), or aircraft type (helicopter, fixed wing, eVTOL, drone, etc.).
• The nominee should demonstrate varying qualities of leadership, innovation, influence, achievement and/or dedication to their company and industry.
