Conklin & De Decker upgrades Aircraft Cost Evaluator for 2008

April 3, 2008, Orleans, MA – Conklin & de Decker has launched the 2008 Volume I AIRCRAFT COST EVALUATOR software making it even easier to compare operating costs for more than 460 business aircraft models.  This aircraft operating cost benchmarking tool is part of a family of aircraft acquisition and management data products created by Conklin & de Decker and is now available with numerous reporting format options.

The 2008 release of the Aircraft Cost Evaluator (ACE) has a fresh new look that includes a new tool bar and report writer program that provides export capability to a variety of formats including Adobe Acrobat®, Microsoft Word®, Excel®, Crystal Reports and HTML.  In addition, this new ACE release has been updated with revised fixed cost assumptions and fuel price averages.

The Aircraft Cost Evaluator has been referred to as the industry standard and is now used by AMSTAT, The Wall Street Journal, Forbes, The Robb Report, and Business Jet Traveler.  The most extensive operating cost database, ACE covers hundreds of jets, turboprops, helicopters and piston aircraft.  16 new aircraft have been added to the 2008 release including the new Embraer Phenom 100, 300 and Lineage 1000 aircraft along with the Pilatus PC-12 Next Generation and the Sierra Industry modified Cessna Citations I and II to name just a few.
 
With ACE, users can quickly compare up to three aircraft side-by-side, edit nearly two dozen variables, change currencies, and change measurement units to customize reports allowing users to compare their local costs and salaries.  A query function allows the user to narrow the selection to those that meet specific performance criteria.

The price for the latest edition of Aircraft Cost Evaluator is $625 for Jets, $550 for Turboprops or Helicopters and $450 for the Piston database.  Updated twice each year, the cost includes the original CD plus one free update.  Handbooks are available for an additional $60 each.  Discounts for multiple databases run from $100 to $300. Customized reports for individual aircraft can be special ordered for $75 per aircraft with a 20% discount for multiple aircraft. In addition, multiple user licenses are available.
