On October 25, organizers of the Canadian Wildfire Conference will bring together leaders from ground and air services who have been on the frontlines or working tirelessly throughout a record-breaking wildfire session in Canada for an inaugural Appreciation Dinner.

The Appreciation Dinner and SickNotWeak fundraiser will be held at the Summerhill Pyramid Winery in Kelowna, BC, beginning with a welcoming cocktail reception at 5:00 pm. The evening will feature a keynote by broadcasting personality Michael Landsberg, started at 6:00 pm, who is the founder of SickNotWeak, before a seated dinner.

The fourth annual Canadian Wildfire Conference, an expanded program of the Aerial Firefighting Conference, is designed to bring together leaders from both the air and ground sectors involved in wildfire suppression.

Presented in partnership by the industry leading properties of Annex Business Media, including Wings, Helicopters, Canadian Firefighter and Firefighting in Canada, conference sessions begin on October 26 at the KF Aerospace Centre for Excellence in Kelowna. Around 50 exhibitors focused on the wildfire suppression sector will be at the event to discuss advances in technology and services.

In addition to Venue Sponsor KF Aerospace, Perimeter Solutions and Safetek Profire are Platinum Sponsors of the event; with Airbus as a Gold Sponsor; Bell Textron, Canadian Propeller, Conair Aerial Firefighting, Consolidated Turbine Specialists Canada, De Havilland Aircraft of Canada, Motion, and Vallfirest as Silver Sponsors; Commercial Emergency Equipment as Lanyard Sponsor, Portage Aircraft as Break Sponsor; and Watermax as a Dinner Sponsor
