Enstrom obtains FAA certification of GTN 750

The Garmin GTN 750 features graphical flight planning. (Photo: Enstrom) Enstrom announced that the Federal Aviation Administration has certified the Garmin GTN 750, a GPS/NAV/COMM multifunction display system in the Enstrom 480B.
The GTN 750 features graphical flight planning, terrain mapping, air traffic viewing, detailed geo-referenced charting and satellite weather reporting, among other features. These tools are available on what Enstrom describes as a tall touchscreen display that allows for easy access and navigation.
Enstrom explains the GTN 750 is an alternative for customers who are looking for the functionality of a GTN650, but who want a larger screen. The company states it has received a number of orders for GTN750-equipped helicopters.
