Exclusive marketing agreement with Night Flight

Jan. 19, 2010, Tempe, Ariz. – Nivisys Industries, LLC, a leader in Night Vision and Thermal technologies, announced today that they have retained Night Flight Concepts as the exclusive North American Distributor of their NVAG Night Vision Aviator Goggle.

According to Tom Horwath, VP of Business Development for Nivisys, “Night Flight Concepts is the perfect Marketing extension for our NVAG; They are now truly a “One Stop Shop” for the civilian aviation community by offering training, installation, maintenance and now the only FAA TSO Authorized NVG. This agreement will provide the civil aviation industry, including Law Enforcement, Medical Responders (EMS), and Search and Rescue Units with complete and qualified Night Vision resources from a highly respected team in a streamlined fashion.”

Nivisys’ Senior Technical Applications Manager, Lee A. Stephens, added that “Nivisys received the first (and only) FAA TSO-C164 Authorization for their NVAG Night Vision Aviator Goggle in 2008. NFC has supported our efforts from the beginning recognizing Nivisys’ commitment to flight safety. We appreciate their support and are excited to have created an industry beneficial arrangement with them.”

Both organizations have worked closely over the last two years with the FAA providing aviation NVG resources and promoting NVG use and safety. Further, both organizations have been publicly recognized for efforts within the HEMS community.
