Keystone Helicopter Appoints Joel Fullerton Engine Service’s Product Support Representative

Nov. 6, 2007,  West Chester, Pa.  – Keystone Helicopter has appointed automotive industry veteran Joel Fullerton as product support representative for its engine services division. Keystone is a subsidiary of Sikorsky Aircraft Corp., a United Technologies Corp. company.

“We believe Joel will bring to Keystone the highly effective best practices of superior customer service and support that are the standard within the automotive industry,” said Chuck Hurdleston, Keystone’s director of government programs. “His value-added approach provides our customers an active voice within Keystone before, during and after their engine products are here for overhaul or repair.”

In addition to assisting external customers, Fullerton will work with Keystone’s various internal departments to ensure customer service issues are resolved quickly.

“Joel is on board and ready to resolve any technical, scheduling or other potential problems or issues, thereby creating a positive experience for all our customers,” Hurdleston said.

Fullerton reports to Shirley Bly, Keystone’s manager of customer support.

Keystone Helicopter is a full-service maintenance and completion center anchored by the Heliplex, a new state-of-the-art technical services depot in Coatesville, Pa. Keystone is a factory-authorized service center for Bell, Eurocopter, MD Helicopters, Rolls Royce, Turbomeca, Pratt & Whitney, and Sikorsky products. Keystone was acquired by Sikorsky Aircraft in 2005. Sikorsky is a subsidiary of United Technologies Corp., which provides high technology products and services to the aerospace and building industries.
