Precision Aviation breaks ground on facility expansion

October 4, 2010  By Carey Fredericks

Oct. 4, 2010, Atlanta, Ga. - Precision Aviation Group (PAG) began work on expanding its headquarters at 495 Lake Mirror Road in Atlanta, GA on Monday.

The continued growth of PAG's four companies – Precision Heliparts
(PHP), Precision Avionics & Instuments (PAI), Precision
Heliparts-Canada (PHP-C) and Precision Accessories &
Instruments-Canada (PAI-C) – necessitated the facility expansion.

"We are excited about the expansion of our Atlanta facility. This will
be our 3rd expansion in the last 12 years. In spite of the current
global economic climate, we have been fortunate to continue growing our
revenues, capabilities, MRO throughput, and employee ranks. As a result
of this continued growth, we are expanding our current facility by over
50% to just over 65,000 sq. ft. This expansion will allow us to
accommodate future growth and better serve our customers by adding space
to our shops, production, warehouse, and logistics areas. Work on the
new space is expected to be complete by the end of October," said David
Mast – President & CEO of PAG.

PAG processes thousands of accessories, avionics, instruments, and other
rotable items for repair and overhaul each year. PAG's 42 technicians
total more than 480 years of experience in the general aviation field
and 22 Sales team members each average over 15 years of support
experience. PAG has a long history of expertise in repairs management,
as its employees have extensive knowledge of the aerospace & defense
industry and maintains strong relationships with OEMs and other repair
stations. PAG companies have FAA, EASA and Transport Canada
certifications.
