Star Navigation announces sale of tracking and communication systems

June 6, 2008, Toronto - Star Navigation Systems Group Ltd. has announced that the Skylink Aviation Inc. trial installation has been completed and the company has received a purchase order for eight ISMS Lite(TM) tracking, satellite communication and two-way text systems.


June 6, 2008, Toronto – Star Navigation Systems Group Ltd.  is pleased to announce that the Skylink Aviation
Inc. trial installation, announced November 13, 2007 and March 12, 2008, has
been successfully completed and that the company has now received a purchase
order for eight ISMS Lite(TM) tracking, satellite communication and two-way
text systems. The eight new ISMS Lite(TM) units have been shipped and Star
expects gross revenue of approximately $100,000.00, plus air time from this
initial shipment.
       
Star has a further commitment from Skylink Aviation Inc. for
12 additional units to be shipped within the next 9 months. However, Star does
not yet have a confirmed schedule for the delivery of these remaining units.
Star will provide a further update once the delivery schedule has been
confirmed.
       
With offices in Toronto, Washington, London, Frankfurt, Moscow, Lisbon,
Khartoum, Baghdad, Dubai, and Kabul, Skylink Aviation Inc. operates in the
most hostile environments anywhere, supporting various non-combatant
operations, including:

       
        –   Emergency airlift and evacuation
        –   Peacekeeping
        –   Delivery of humanitarian assistance
        –   Logistical support
        –   Mission-critical fuel supply
      

        Star is pleased that it was selected to supply its tracking and
communication system for this important and challenging SkyLink project.
