DART Helicopter Services Announces the addition of Agusta Westland AW119 MKII aircraft to the FAA STC’s for the Bearpaw, Heli-Access Step™, Cargo Mirror and Vertical Reference Bubble and Flat Windows.


DART Helicopter Services Announces the addition of Agusta Westland AW119 MKII aircraft to the FAA STC’s for the Bearpaw, Heli-Access Step™, Cargo Mirror and Vertical Reference Bubble and Flat Windows.

DART Helicopter Services has announced that their affiliated partner, DART Aerospace Ltd., has added the Agusta Westland AW119 MKII aircraft to its FAA certifications for the Bearpaw, Heli-Access Step™, Cargo Mirror Vertical Reference Bubble Window and Flat Window. DART has also applied to the FAA to add the AW119 MKII to the STC for their Heli-Utility Basket™.

Following the October, 2007 FAA type certification of the AW119 MKII aircraft, DART immediately began applications to add this model to their existing STC’s.
To date, DART has received approval to add the AW119 MKII to their FAA STC’s for:

•    Bearpaw Kit
•    Heli-Access-Kit™
•    Cargo Mirror
•    Vertical Reference Bubble Window
•    Flat Window

In addition, DART has already added the AW119MKII to the EASA certification of their Heli-Access-Step™ and will be making applications to update their EASA STC’s for the Bearpaw, Step, Mirror and Windows.
