Vector Aerospace appoints Declan O’Shea as president and CEO

March 11, 2008, Toronto – Vector Aerospace Corporation (Vector)
announced today that Declan O'Shea has been appointed to the position of
President and Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation. Donald K.
Jackson, previously Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer, will
remain active at Vector as Chairman.
    
O'Shea has had a distinguished 30 year career in the aerospace
industry, and in the Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul sector specifically. He
comes to Vector from SR Technics, most recently as Executive Vice President
Sales, Marketing and Business Integration, heading SR Technics' sales
activities around the globe. Prior to this Mr. O'Shea was CEO of SR Technics
Ireland and worked in various management functions for FLS Aerospace and Team
Aer Lingus. Mr. O'Shea's skill-set, style and industry vision are aligned with
the strategic vision and culture of Vector, and his UK experience will be an
asset in the completion and integration of the recently announced DARA
purchase transaction.

Vector is an independent provider of maintenance, repair and overhaul
(MRO) services for fixed-wing and rotary-wing aircraft operators around the
globe. Vector's service portfolio includes support for various types of
turbine engines, dynamic components, structures and avionics. From facilities
in Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom and South Africa, Vector's
employees serve a global customer-base consisting of private and commercial
operators, government agencies and defence departments.
