Europavia SA, a distributor of Airbus helicopters for platforms and services serving Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein, signed a purchase contract for six Airbus H125 helicopters.

“With these orders, Europavia SA ensures a flexible availability of the H125 helicopter type within our market,” said Daniel Eggenschwiler, CEO of Europavia SA. “The H125 is the market leader in its category and is particularly well suited to our territory, where high altitude flight with power margins is an essential requirement.”

Europavia, an official Airbus Helicopters distribution centre, is also an affiliated service centre located in Bern, Switzerland, offering operators in the region services such as spare parts, overhaul and repairs. In addition to these new H125s, Europavia recently acquired one H130 in April, which will be delivered in June 2023.

“This new contract underlines the long-standing partnership with Airbus, which has evolved over the past 60 years. Europavia SA, a trusted official partner of the company, has been distributing our products and service solutions since 1962,” said Hervé Doreillac, Airbus Helicopters Sales Manager.
